On Sunday night (23 May 2010) I flew back to Auckland from Melbourne on flight NZ126 on the A320. This is the second time I have done this in six months.

Overall comments for both flights

- cabin was overly warm, with no releif from overhead aircondition
- the engine noise is bad (November flight is was a wonder we made it to our destination)

Sunday's flight there was no ice for the cold drinks.

Overall this was one of the least comfortable flights/sectors I have flown on Air NZ :-(

Two people sitting near me had difficulty getting back to there seats as they had been in bathroom when meal service started. They had to take the food trolley all the way back to the rear of the plane so the person could get pass and back to his seat. Advice don't go to the toilet right before the meal service.
